I began my professional career 12 years ago working as a courts clerk, mainly focused on resolving disputes between neighboring property owners and helping them reach agreements to avoid going to court. From the very beginning, I understood that most conflicts between property owners originate from poorly planned and insufficiently thorough purchasing procedures.
